PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel
PVDF Aluminum composite panel consists of two painted aluminum panels bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core material. ACM panels are excellent materials for indoor or outdoor applications, which require good dimensional stability, low weight, and a smooth, bright appearance.
Lightweight: With only half the weight of aluminum, it is much easier to handle and install. This not only reduces the physical effort required during installation but also puts less stress on the supporting structure. For example, when used in building exteriors, it doesn't require as much heavy-duty framing as traditional solid aluminum panels, which can lead to cost savings in the installation process.

General Installation Procedure
- Surface Preparation: Before installation, the surface where the panel will be installed needs to be clean and smooth. For example, in a building wall installation, the wall surface should be free of loose paint, dust, and protrusions.
Fixing Mechanisms:
- Adhesives: Special adhesives can be used to bond the panel to the substrate. This method is suitable for smooth surfaces and provides a relatively strong and even bond. However, it requires careful application to ensure proper adhesion and avoid air bubbles or gaps. For small-scale applications like in interior decoration or on flat surfaces, adhesives can be a convenient option.
- Screws or Clips: Screws or clips can be used to secure the panel in place. This method provides more mechanical strength and is suitable for applications where additional security is required or in areas that may be subject to higher forces. For example, on the exterior of a building where wind loads are a factor, using screws or clips can ensure the panel remains firmly in place.
